Defending the rights of disabled newborns
My book was in the works for three years, and I wondered why it took so long to get published. Now I know, it was needed precisely at a time like this, when we are actually defending the rights of newborns not to become victims of "post-birth abortion". It is beyond tragic that we have proceeded so far down the slippery slope that we are opening discussing infanticide in our scientific journals.
EWTN show host Colleen Carroll Campbell defends the rights of newborns in her column in the St Louis Post Dispatch today, "What if Newborns Had No Rights?"
She also gives me a plug for "A Special Mother is Born".

I will be interviewed on Catholic TV in Boston tomorrow!
Here's the set where Fr Robert Reed (on the right) will interview me tomorrow for the Catholic TV morning show "This is the Day". to discuss the book.
I took this photo when we took a tour of the Catholic TV studio and saw this beautiful set donated by a secular news station in Boston.
After the live show, I will tape an interview with one of the ladies of "The Gist" a talk show for Catholic women.I have had the privilege of meeting Rachel Balducci and Danielle Bean at several events for Catholic Media, and Carolee McGrath interviewed me last month for "Reel to Reel" the TV show for the Diocese of Springfield. That show will be airing on March 24, and I will link to it here.
I am looking forward to doing the show, and attending the Mass before it, just not the morning commute, as the snow has been falling all day here in New England. Prayers would be greatly appreciated.
